This organization's inception dates back to 1979, when our founder F. Henry Garcia, took an attorney's position with the Texas Secretary of State's Office. Since that date he has been instrumental in bringing attention to the notary public office and it's role as a constitutionally mandated public official. The Notary Bureau provides services and supplies, inclusive of educational materials, legislative reports, supplies, journals, seals, stamps, fee charts, handbooks, nameplates, bond & insurance referral, appointment forms, and renewal notices. We do everything required to make you a notary public in Texas.
We want to help! On this web site, you will find a wealth of information as well as materials, applications and order forms you may copy and/or print out and use to apply for positions, renewals, and to order supplies. We have also provided the complete text of the Texas Notary Public Handbook on this site for you to read, download, or print.
